WELCOME TO WHITWOOD GOLF CLUB
Whitwood is a mature, modern-day golf course in Castleford which has been designed and constructed as a challenging but rewarding parkland course. Newly built tee boxs for 2018 now make the course more challenging and offer a different approach to the back 9 .It is now 6099 yards, Par 70, with strategic fairways and well positioned greens it presents an enjoyable setup whether you’re a low handicap or beginner.
In summer 2016 Whitwood Golf Course introduced a 9 hole Footgolf course, the first of its kind in Wakefield. There’s no need for special equipment or clothing – simply bring your trainers and play! Since its opening the Footgolf course has proved popular for birthday parties in Castleford and family days out.
